By accessing or using the Pholyai application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License to Use

Pholyai grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use them. You must not upload illegal, offensive, or prohibited content.

4. AI Generations

The AI-generated results are probabilistic. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or likeness. You use the generated content at your own discretion.

5. Payments and Refunds

Purchases of 'Diamonds' are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform (Apple/Google) policies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer the app, use it for illegal activities, or attempt to harm the service infrastructure.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
